Issues still late

Once again the latest issue on the shelf at my local grocery store but has not uploaded on my iPad. It takes weeks sometimes before the latest issue is uploaded. This has only become a problem the last few months. I dont know what they did to change what was a great app but they need to fix it. Dont bother getting this app until they get a handle on this problem.
