Worst App Ever!!!

I purchased the most recent issue and it stopped downloading in the middle. Now it keeps pausing and says that I need to restart the app. I restarted it MULTIPLE times by holding down the home button and hitting the red circle and it still isnt working. What a terrible, terrible rip off. I want a refund!
