Hope to recover my subscription fees 3x over

THIS HAS GOT TO BE FIXED

Does NOT do what a Newsstand app is supposed to do. Apple curators please wake up.

1. Does not automatically download the magazine
2. I subscribed 3 times in the last 2 months (yes, am dumb); and cannot download without keeping the iPad on forever.
3. Does not recognize that I am a paid subscriber. What the...!!!

I really need to be refunded. How do I get a refund?
